POLICE have issued a public appeal for information about a Brunswick teenager who has been missing for a fortnight.

The 19-year-old, Isla, was last seen leaving her home address in Brunswick at 6pm on October 4 and has not been heard from since.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to the length of time she has been missing.

She is described as slim build, about 160 cm tall, with waist length red hair, pale complexion, nose, lip and eyebrow piercings, and several tattooes, including a large phoenix on her right leg.

Isla may have travelled into the Melbourne CBD.

Her family have produced posters appealing for help to find her, and a man describing himself as her uncle posted on social media that Isla is “very unwell and very vulnerable”.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
