Man charged with multiple sex offences

Alleged offences took place in February and March

A MAN has been charged over multiple sex offences in Coburg and Brunswick dating back to February.

It is alleged there were five incidents of sexual assault between 25 February and 25 March 2026.

The alleged offending involved the man approaching females walking alone and masturbating/exposing his himself to them.

A 27-year-old man was arrested in Coburg on 25 March and interviewed in relation to the incidents.

The Southbank man has been charged with sexual assault, sexual activity directed at another, sexual exposure and sexual activity in the presence of a child under 16.

He has been remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 31 March.
